How bad is /prog/'s posture?
Mine is pretty bad so I turned the monitor up and I have started on the journey to a better posture. My lower back hurts though. Thoughts?

According to Kleyner, performing in "Don't Worry, Be Jewish," has led the young actors to feel that being Jewish is not only "normal," it can actually become a source of great pride. The actor who played Chaim told Kleyner that he knew nothing of what a bar mitzvah signifies other than that it "gives you permission to get married." But now that he is in the play, Kleyner says, he reports that he is "learning loyalty to his family, his beliefs and his faith."
My posture is good, but not ideal.
I masturbate to posture of classical Saint Petersburg ballerinas from the Vaganova school. It is easily recognizable and extremely, almost unbelievably beautiful.
I have found that standing straight after slouching from ages 13 to about 28 does indeed cause back aches. However, the ape-folk and their dominance obsession make it a necessity. Lord how I despise them.

Vaganova was Russian, and she was a shit dancer, according to her contemporaries including the Petipa, but a genius teacher. Sure, some of her students were as Jewish as Pavlova, but most were as Russian as Fokin.

Well, her father's name is Jacob, which is mostly Russian Jews take. So she could be Jewish.
I can't imagine any valid reason for a Slav to take name of king "David" (who killed numerous goyim), instead of prince Sviatoslav (who defeated Khazar Jews).
Mine is pretty terrible, so I started exercising (walking around my tiny apartment in circles) and use a standing desk (laptop on top of a bookshelf) for part of the day.

Doesn't matter, what matters is that most ballerinas trained in her method in the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet have the best posture of what is possibly attainable by a human being. Watch anything from the Mariinski Theatre on youtube if you don't believe. It's sad that other ballet schools of the world do not integrate the Vaganova upper body technique training into their programmes.

Day 4:
I've noticed improvements in my posture, but it's been tough, constant backache and being conscious of the way you walk and sit is not fun.

You're retraining your body to position itself correctly. You need to overcome years of bad posture. This will take at least 14 days for the training to become automatic.

How do you know which posture is the good one? I don't know which parts of my body are supposed to take what amounts of mechanical stress and in which direction.

Go to your local math department lounge. Look around. Every posture you see is not the good one.

Try Ergohuman chairs. They're the shit. You really don't notice how you are being exploited by your employers. You go home after your ninth hour at work (discounting lunch time), and you feel fresh. They are great.
