posture

How bad is /prog/'s posture?
Mine is pretty bad so I turned the monitor up and I have started on the journey to a better posture. My lower back hurts though. Thoughts?

Day 4:
I've noticed improvements in my posture, but it's been tough, constant backache and being conscious of the way you walk and sit is not fun.
