posture

How bad is /prog/'s posture?
Mine is pretty bad so I turned the monitor up and I have started on the journey to a better posture. My lower back hurts though. Thoughts?

Why are you even bothered, nobody will take you seriously in academics if you do not have a readers neck. It's a sure tell sign you know your stuff.
