posture

How bad is /prog/'s posture?
Mine is pretty bad so I turned the monitor up and I have started on the journey to a better posture. My lower back hurts though. Thoughts?

Mine is pretty terrible, so I started exercising (walking around my tiny apartment in circles) and use a standing desk (laptop on top of a bookshelf) for part of the day.
