posture

How bad is /prog/'s posture?
Mine is pretty bad so I turned the monitor up and I have started on the journey to a better posture. My lower back hurts though. Thoughts?

My posture is good, but not ideal.
I masturbate to posture of classical Saint Petersburg ballerinas from the Vaganova school.  It is easily recognizable and extremely, almost unbelievably beautiful.
