How bad is /prog/'s posture?
Mine is pretty bad so I turned the monitor up and I have started on the journey to a better posture. My lower back hurts though. Thoughts?

How do you know which posture is the good one? I don't know which parts of my body are supposed to take what amounts of mechanical stress and in which direction.
