Thought this would be the best place to post this. I want to increase the thickness of my wrist and arms. I want my veins to poke out of my arms all cool-like. What kind of foods should I eat and will push-ups do the trick?

Lift weights, LOTS OF WEIGHTS.

Also if you're looking at guys in magazines and think, wow, I wanna be that pumped. It's because most of the guys lift just before the shoot so their muscles ARE more pumped than normal. Lighting helps too.

They're meant to be quite good for it, if not a good laugh anyway.

Pretty much any weight lifting exercise that you use for your arms will work your forearms and wrists too. Saying that though, some people just have thinner wrists and I'm one of them. Best bet is to distract people with a 6 pack ;).
