Thought this would be the best place to post this. I want to increase the thickness of my wrist and arms. I want my veins to poke out of my arms all cool-like. What kind of foods should I eat and will push-ups do the trick?

OP here.

I don't want to look like I have bowling balls inside my biceps. I just want, nice, muscular, toned arms. I've already started lifting. We'll see what happens.
