Hiding filenames begining with "." or "~" considered insecure.
If Bob, having a folder full of child porn, then moves it somewhere else, he has false sense of security, because law enforcement will easily find ".thumbnails" folder.
Same for Alice, who accidently deletes system files, thinking that folder is empty.
>>1 implying that people that stupid should be allowed anywhere near a working linux box in the first place. Never mind allowing them to even touch a keyboard to said system.

So some idiot downloads CP, can't into computer, gets caught, and that supposed to convince me that Unix/Linux sucks. lol, nope. Same for Alice, who accidently deletes system files, thinking that folder is empty.
She should have used rmdir. You only use rm -r when you know the directory is not empty but you want to delete it anyway.
Alice and Bob can't delete porn => Linux is crap
You, really must patent this, this is the best theorem since ever. I bet you had done tons of scientifical research and studies.
Oh and by the way are you Bob or Alice? Not that it matters!

Linux sucks so much, that I cant even play a video without debuggin and fixing media player!
Retards can implement a decoding routine properly. But I wont send them a patch or a bugreport. Hope Linux dies.
MPlayer interrupted by signal 11 in module: decode video
- MPlayer crashed by bad usage of CPU/FPU/RAM.
Recompile MPlayer with --enable-debug and make a 'gdb' backtrace and
disassembly. Details in DOCS/HTML/en/bugreports_what.html#bugreports_crash.
- MPlayer crashed. This shouldn't happen.
It can be a bug in the MPlayer code _or_ in your drivers _or_ in your
gcc version. If you think it's MPlayer's fault, please read
DOCS/HTML/en/bugreports.html and follow the instructions there. We can't and
won't help unless you provide this information when reporting a possible bug
>>15 sudo is for security and btw how often do you use it, because I barely do
/var/www is the consequence of a poorly configured apache
>>27 that's because all the faggots in the world knows only about mp3 and never heard of any other formats.
Why should Linux die if you can't use it. Can't use it, go back to Windows or Crap-le.
Believe, so far, the only true reason that Linux is crap, is the fact that Bob and Alice can't delete their porn. That's a pretty solid reason!

i use it frequently but thats because i'm running packetcaps,
putting devices to monitor modes etc.
messing with the drivers and the kernel( recompiling etc ),
you are right about the apache the thing is i m hosting multiple test sites and tends to be a mess after a while
Bob and Alice have probably all their files encrypted so no harm done
wonder if anyone ever saw a vid on mplayer or playerd a track

C/C++ is crap. Sooner or later it'll die, like it's author, taking linux/windows/crapple and other unices with it, becase linux is just a big runtime environment for C/C++.
There'll be only one true language -- Lisp.
