Obligatory Linux sucks thread

Hiding filenames begining with "." or "~" considered insecure.

If Bob, having a folder full of child porn, then moves it somewhere else, he has false sense of security, because law enforcement will easily find ".thumbnails" folder.

Same for Alice, who accidently deletes system files, thinking that folder is empty.

Alice and Bob can't delete porn => Linux is crap
You, really must patent this, this is the best theorem since ever. I bet you had done tons of scientifical research and studies.

Oh and by the way are you Bob or Alice? Not that it matters!
