They're either hypocrites (every college kid does drugs) or they have a giant stick shoved so far up their asses that it'll be there for the rest of their loves.
As it turns out, critics of college aged conservatives have terrible spelling. They seem to assume a lot too.

Me:
- In college
- Not doing drugs
- No stick up my ass
- I just prefer not to have the government rape the shit out of my income to redistribute it to people who may not deserve it. I'd prefer it if other people would learn how the fuck to take care of themselves rather than hope for some cradle to grave government bureaucracy take care of everything.

Speaking from an English perspective it's probably due to Thatcherism and privitisation. Think of college conservatives as yuppies to draw the similiarity. Because of thier age college students are naturally arrogant but that is one of the stages of growing up so I wouldn't say they are stupid, just young and actively thinking. Because they do not have to go to college it links itself with a feel of privitisation aswell, I doubt a Labour supporter would infact go to College anyway so it leaves the conservatives attending.

Maybe that's why then, most youths actively work against the grain of thier fathers. We're talking about students, not professors. Considering that students in no way find professors cool it may be another reasoning for them turning to conservatism.

Yeah, we wouldn't want any government to spend money on people who are unemployed for reasons outside their influence, would we?
And the number of those people is 0.
If you've arms or legs or at least something on your body that you can move then you can work.
I'm sure even the mentally retarded can be productive.
Work or get out of my gene pool.
Why work? Government is just gonna illegally take my money via income tax and give it to the wealthy 2.2% of this country. Why should I work like a dog for you to live in the lap of luxury?
But the Libertarians are just going to let the corporations do whatever they want. (More so than they already do) So I can't have a gun to shoot the cheap immigrant labor that the corporations need. And if I did shoot "em", I'd be put in a corporate owned jail. OH MAN, I SURE MISS DEMOCRACY.
If you're not able to survive by yourself then you're indeed better off with an illusory democracy which steals money from the able to throw it away to cripples like you. Fucking nigger.
I think that the collegiate Cons are rather crafty, like the Dems in the early 1990s. They know they are on a roll and could re-arrange society's legal apparatus to suit their stupid little set of vicious philosophies. Where the CollCons start to get all stupid is in thinking DeLay's laughable "permanent majority" is actually true. Nothing destroys like hubris. Their comeuppance comes withal!

One solution to the former, increase wages. One solution to the latter, bend over ffs and get it over with, procrastination is killing america and jesus!
Which only leads to higher prices thus no solution at all.
Well, socialists already showed that they don't understand inflation and printed money as much as they wanted with hilarious effects. Billion Deutsch Mark notes ftw.

Lower taxes would aslo increase prices, since decreased taxes mean decreased governmental services and the ones who benefits the most from thoe services are the ones who cant afford to pay for them should they be privatized. Sure for rich people its more expensive to pay taxes compared to not, but those people does not need any help in any case.
And the great depression happened where?

Well, by increase prices i meant increase costs for ordinary people, but i guess they are not as important to you as unborned fetuses or arms-laden survivalists. And please continue to avoid the debate since theres no better admission of defeat than to behave like an idiot.

Lower taxes would increase prices, but not for the reasons you believe. Prices would increase because the government could no longer subsidies industries in order to keep the prices down. With out these subsidies, prices would go up
That's not even half the thruth.
In most cases it means that the subsidized branches pay less taxes.

To add to the Hypocrisy, David Cameron once did drugs but he is trying to get rid of them. Infact, all politicians did drugs but say they are a bad.

Yeah, and there is no better way to show someone elses stupidity by completly ignoring a debate. I see im up against a master here.
In theory, lowering taxes would increase profits thereby increasing margins thereby lowering prices. This theory demands perfect competition, something we all should know is as real as narnia and middle earth. More often than not, increased profits goes to executive bonuses and dividends and thereby disappears from the company into the pockets of the owners and the price lowering effect is clearly absent. So in the end for the average consumer he has the same prices on products and more expensive services that earlier were paid through taxes, ie a decrease in standard of living.

Profits go to several places especially R&D. The US economy spends a higher proportion of profits on R&D than anywhere else in the world, they are the intellectual powerhouse of modern industry and it is the executives and securities firms who allocate those profits who drive it all. America has the best economic system, everyone sucks our balls because they know they owe us their sweaty asses.

Let's be clear here, I'm against INCOME taxes. Other taxes are fine. If you want to tax me for using something like saaaay, roads or public transportation that's fine. You own property? Sure it makes sense to pay taxes. But no in no fucking way what so ever is an income tax acceptable. The government reaches out and says pay up just because you actually earn some money. It's like a school yard bully taking your lunch money just because you have it. It's fucking retarded.
Also, our government wouldn't need the revenues from income tax if it didn't waste so much fucking money. That's why I'm for smaller, more efficient government. (in before OMG libertarian!) I'm not saying we need a tiny government with no power, but we don't need a bloated collection of money sucking failure either.
#18 regurgitated the standard YoungRepub propaganda: "Oh yes, stupid philosophies like...People should keep the money they EARN. Or maybe Hey let's not bend over backwards for the smallest minority causes."
The Republicans in power borrowed so much money that there's no way to PAY IF ALL BACK without a huge assraping (i.e. taxation) of the public in the future. How the fuck is THAT abiding by the philosophy of "people should keep the money they earn"?
And the Repubs in power have long since bent over backwards for the TINIEST MINORITY in America called the "very rich".
Fiscal Conservatism is largely dead. Crazily enough, it was far more in evidence during the Clinton Administration. Should we reclassify Billy Boy as a "Compassionate Conservative" instead? Sure as fuck, BusHitler isn't ... which is a complete refutation of his 2000 campaign, please note!

Jesus christ, you faggots brought this into my goddamned SWG
#34: Well, you've got me on that one. I've complained for years about how spineless the Dems are in the Congress, even when they're NOT pretending to be anti-war. The Dems bend over so much that I'm sure seamstresses in DC have a thriving business in mending the splits in Dem pants.
Libertarianism sounds like a great idea at first, lower taxes, more rights, less government interference in business… but then you think about it, as well as being wasted on pointless stuff, taxes pay for important things. No more public schools, libraries, or ever roads ( if libertarians had their way then all roads would be toll roads maintained by private companies).
Im not sure how much you guys know about America before the government started regulating industries, allowing unions, giving workers rights, and breaking up trusts…but I can tell you that it was not a nice time to be a worker…
Companies exist to make money, that is it, they have no other purpose. It is only natural for them to do what ever they can to make more money, whether that means using contaminated food rather than throwing it out, or paying there workers next to nothing, unless someone(the government) tells them not to.
#1, college republicans aren't stupid.
They know America's poorer elements go into the military and get blown up for their oil-stock portfolios. Getting into college is the modern form of draft deferral.
