Lower taxes would aslo increase prices, since decreased taxes mean decreased governmental services and the ones who benefits the most from thoe services are the ones who cant afford to pay for them should they be privatized. Sure for rich people its more expensive to pay taxes compared to not, but those people does not need any help in any case.
