I think that the collegiate Cons are rather crafty, like the Dems in the early 1990s. They know they are on a roll and could re-arrange society's legal apparatus to suit their stupid little set of vicious philosophies. Where the CollCons start to get all stupid is in thinking DeLay's laughable "permanent majority" is actually true. Nothing destroys like hubris. Their comeuppance comes withal!
