present a legal and moral justification for San Francisco bay without using rice-a-roni.

Anonymous2007-04-27 23:33 ID:uAlf2wOK
First, write a paper on the legal and moral justification for hacking off the heads of non-combatants (or pows for that matter), for targeting women, children and other non-combatants with explosive devices, for kidnap, murder, rape, and arson contrary to the laws of both God and man. After that justifying a little detention with watery lemonade should be fairly easy.

First, write a paper on the legal and moral justification for jailing and torturing non-combatants (or citizens of uninvolved and neutral countries for that matter), for targeting women, children and other non-combatants from across vast distances with deadly and internationally banned munitions, for the disappearing of citizens, mass murder, global rape, and hostile overthrow of nations that submit to everything demanded by internationally agreed-upon sanctions, contrary to the laws of both God and man. After that justifying a little dissent should be fairly easy.

It just doesn't fit when you replace terrorist with 5 year old US child does it. Holy fuck you are completely in-fucking=sane!
>>13
That's right, anyone who disagrees with American foreign policy is simply insane and hates your freedom. They should not be listened to or assumed to be anything but a terrorist sympathizer.
replace terrorist with 5 year old US child
wtf?

morals don't exist, people are corrupt, and America does not need to justifies itself because this is the real world and in the real world people get tortured, raped, and killed everyday.
China does it, Britain does it, Every nation on the fucking planet does it from time to time so why shouldn't we?
Get weepy over people who want you to die. The height of liberal logic.
I think we should release them all, armed, in downtown San Francisco. You can reason with them while you're waiting for the air strike.

so with the same augment of "if they do it so should we" - then i suppose those "terrorist" groups are in fact only doing what they've seen or experienced?
right?
someone once said "turn the other cheek" ... too bad ppl are just too fucking retarded to actually know what that means.

You're supposed to turn the other cheek to insults, not bullets. You are supposed to suprise people with the strength of your convictions by putting yourself under god and not responding to what truly does not matter.
>>20
to both insults and violence. you dont become that which you pity.
prove you're an advanced human and not an animal. prove it to yourself and no one else the strength of your convictions - otherwise they are not your own.

kill them, kill their supporters, kill their sympathizers, kill their families, kill their third grade school teacher. Is that enough philosophy for you?

op here, I was really looking for something a little more in depth, suspension of Habeas Corpus and Hamdi v Rumsfield as well as the precedent that ex parte Quirin set for illegal combatants, but I guess I was expecting too much.

and asking this on 4chan didnt ring any bells did it?
lol if we sent Carmen Electra to Guantanamo to sit on their faces they would claim it was torture but all the other US prisoners would claim it was discrimanation. Carmen would claim she was a war hero and the liberals would support all three claims.

i propose this test then. send me to gitmo and have carmen electra sit on my face and grind my dick all day long.
i'll let you know how it goes. fuck that. i'm writing to fucking penthouse with this shit!!!
OP there are no legal and moral justifications for Guantanamo bay
the whole reason that we ship them to Guantanamo instead of someplace in the US is because if the prisoners came within the juristiction of the courts, they could demand due process
and since most of the charges are complete BS the government would be screwed

to think ww2 was about stopping fascism and injustice. there really wasn't any fucking point in who won in the end was there...

As an aside: WW2 wasn't about stopping fascism and injustice.
It was a turfwar. Groups, relations, and territory. That's all.

If you had a brain you'd realise his argument is based on the idea that his rights are different from the rights of terrorist organisations. Somehow I don't think Al Qaeda and Taliban will sit down and talk and a different approach towards the ordinary US citizen is needed. Somehow.
Name:
Anonymous2007-05-03 0:54 ID:wgOB/jcD
>>46
Before you nitpick, let me rephrase.
The same approach towards crime that is shown towards ordinary US citizens will not work when applied to the Taliban and Al Qaeda which are terrorists organisations in open war with the US.

in other words you dont have any idea what due process is for terrorists cocksuckers under the American constitution and you don't give a fuck what they've done or will do you just want to critisize the US and defend terrorists.
