I've got to present a law paper on the legal and moral justifications for Guantanamo bay, any ideas?

lol if we sent Carmen Electra to Guantanamo to sit on their faces they would claim it was torture but all the other US prisoners would claim it was discrimanation. Carmen would claim she was a war hero and the liberals would support  all three claims.
