I've got to present a law paper on the legal and moral justifications for Guantanamo bay, any ideas?

OP there are no legal and moral justifications for Guantanamo bay

the whole reason that we ship them to Guantanamo instead of someplace in the US is because if the prisoners came within the juristiction of the courts, they could demand due process

and since most of the charges are complete BS the government would be screwed
