I've got to present a law paper on the legal and moral justifications for Guantanamo bay, any ideas?

op here, I was really looking for something a little more in depth, suspension of Habeas Corpus and Hamdi v Rumsfield as well as the precedent that ex parte Quirin set for illegal combatants, but I guess I was expecting too much.
