I'm in my mid-20s and have a BS in Internetworking Technology from a decent university, in addition to A+, Server+, Linux+, and CCNA certifications. However, I am also socially retarded, for a lack of a better term. How do I get someone to hire me? I can work well independently, but I'm shit when it comes to working in a group.
