How do autists get jobs? (serious thread)

I'm in my mid-20s and have a BS in Internetworking Technology from a decent university, in addition to A+, Server+, Linux+, and CCNA certifications. However, I am also socially retarded, for a lack of a better term. How do I get someone to hire me? I can work well independently, but I'm shit when it comes to working in a group. I also suck at job interviews and things of that nature.

I know this doesn't really belong in /prog/, but /tech/ and /comp/ are utter shit.
And don't tell me to go back to the imageboards, because I'm not from them.

It's a matter of locating /prog/ or not, it's a matter of probability. For each real autistic on the internet, there are at least, being ^optimistic, 1000 self-diagnosed oh-god-why-cant-i-have-friends idiot.
