Black Africans are incapable of running a decent country. I propose we kill them all this time and give a piece of Africa to every country that aided in killing them. Perhaps we can keep a few primitive tribes alive and put them in walled-off reservations without access to modern technology or consumer goods. It would be a nice tourist attraction.

Genocide is ugly and requires lots of work. Why can't we just reinstate slavery? Africans are hopeless at managing themselves, but they can't survive without the white man's help. It's only natural law that they become the property of the higher races.

You place too much emphasis on irrelevant cultural facets like mythology which seems absurd to me. Philosophy and politics are far more influential but you haven't mentioned anything about those, I agree that a nation has to experience the need for various concepts such as Hobbe's leviathan in order to take them seriously but I reject the notion they somehow need to be tailored to a nation's cuisine and literature.
