recolonization of africa

Black Africans are incapable of running a decent country. I propose we kill them all this time and give a piece of Africa to every country that aided in killing them. Perhaps we can keep a few primitive tribes alive and put them in walled-off reservations without access to modern technology or consumer goods. It would be a nice tourist attraction.

Genocide is ugly and requires lots of work. Why can't we just reinstate slavery? Africans are hopeless at managing themselves, but they can't survive without the white man's help. It's only natural law that they become the property of the higher races.
