recolonization of africa

Black Africans are incapable of running a decent country. I propose we kill them all this time and give a piece of Africa to every country that aided in killing them. Perhaps we can keep a few primitive tribes alive and put them in walled-off reservations without access to modern technology or consumer goods. It would be a nice tourist attraction.

Shouldn't we recolonize the Middle East first?  Africa isn't doing anything to harm us, and the Muslims are Jihading on us.  Once we've pacified Greater Arabia, we'll be in a much better position for further colonization.
