I have allways wondered what is the appeal of tsundere. I myself am infatuated with multiple characters who some call tsundere. rin tousaka,illya, asuka langly, etc. but i fail to understand what it is about a "mean girl" that turs us fans on soo much. many of the fans are allready suffering from inferiority complexes and having a women like that would realisticly probably drive them to suicide.
please post what you think it is that causes this attraction.

I personally like the childhood friend/quiet girl with crush better. but also for some of us with low will or self esteem having a hot and tough girl being dominate is kinda sexy. i mean if some hot tough chick just slapped me upside the head and said something like "your coming with me" or more forcefull "i want your cock now" i would jump on that in an instant...but then again if most any chick said something like that me id go for it. all in all i think some guys(and girls) would like a little dom/sub action. ^.^

tsundere means a girl who is mean and then becomes nice. it was used on 2ch.jp starting in about 2005 and its changed a little. people are allways trying to effectively define it but its near impossible. some say that to be tsundere you need to have a sudden transition to nice and some say you need to have a slow trasition to nice.
its also become obvious that there are alot of tsundere with twintails. ex:asuka langly soryu ,rin tousaka, kagami,

Yandere is the exact opposite to tsundere. it is a girl who is first nice, and then becomes mean. Example: Kaede from Shuffle, Asakura Ryoko from Suzumiya Haruhi.
I was wondering if Kaede would really be considered yandere.
First she was mean and brutal towards Rin and then was nice, loving and caring. Here shes tsundere.
With Asa it wouldn't really be yandere because they were friends at first, Kaede went crazy, but she became friends with Asa again.
I am extremely hard for confident, dominant girls, the older sister type, the otherwise nice girls who love to tease way too much, etc... but I just can't get the thing about mean girls.
Well, maybe except for Haruhi, she's way too awesome and knows when to drop the act.
People with inferiority complexes love mean people because they guide(control) and offer emotional security(knowledge is the currency of power) to their partner.

I have an inferiority complex and I fucking hate Mean Girls. That movie was overrated like Edison.
I'm not sure if I'd actually would go for a moé girl but I do see the charm of such a personality. Basically it's a girl who will talk to you even if you fail. A lot of us moé fans probably fail a lot and girl like that would be perfect motivation to do better.
