Equipment Free Workout

Name: Anonymous 2006-04-30 19:16

Im looking for some info about an equipment free workout, besides the obvious chinups/pushups/crunches. Nothing too hardcore, just enough to get me in better shape with a bit more variety than I have been able to think of.

Not really interested in cardio stuff, do a fair bit cycling as it is, more strength/toning work.

Any good links or anything would be appreciated.

The only way you're going to tone your muscle without equipment is to do as much physical work as a farmer 200 years ago.  Without equipments to isolate your muscle you would need to utilize the muscles alot more to improve your strength.  In this day and age when people have to stay indoors alot this is pretty much impossible to do.

Join the Army.  Or buy a military work out video.  Or Tae Bo.

Buy an adjustable dumbell or two. Doesn't take much space, they're cheap, and damn effective (if you're motivated enough to use it).

Don't change these.
