What would the benefits and complications be of taking an anti-depressant (fluoxetine), a mood-stabilizer (lithium), and a stimulant (adderall) be? I have ADD/ADHD, bipolar disorder with lots of depression and some manic states and I hear that it's hard to treat bipolar disorder and ADHD at the same time. But if the bipolar is fixed, I fail at my schoolwork; and if the ADHD is fixed, I end up trying to overdose and become an hero.

I tried taking strattera with my fluoxetine and it was pretty much worthless. I haven't tried adderall yet; so this is what I am curious about.

Your body is trying to tell you something: give up on life.

Smoke weed.  It's cheaper.

Deal with it. ADHD is fake.  Kids are just bored and parents force drugs down their kids throats because they're too pussy to get out the belt.

My little brother is early-onset bipolar, and ADHD, he is on a slew of medications. First of all get a GOOD psychiatrist, someone who has experience with youth, and comes well recomended. DO NOT self medicate.
Second there is no best combination for any mood disorder, everyone requires a different balance of medications, and a GOOD psychiatrist can help you find this.
Also medication isn't a magic solution, you have to want to get better and put some effort in.

ADHD is not an adjective.

You're an idiot,  it's very common to refer to someone who has ADHD as 'being ADHD'.

I have bipolar/ADHD as well,  however I swing to the manic side far more often than the down.  It took me about a year and a half to get a good balance with my medication (I was a wreck for that entire time too).  Eventually we figured it out though and my mood and studies are 1000% better.  So hang in there.

From the sounds of it, my sister is a lot like you.  She is on Lamictal right now I believe.  It's a mood stabilizer, but it's more of an upper, unlike most bi-polar medication, so that may be a little better with you being ADHD too.

Listen to this guy,  a good doctor (and a good relationship with them) is very important for this kind of think

All the "mental disorders" people tell you that you have are fake disorders.  Stop taking your pills, man up and realize that schoolwork is important and the drama in your life doesn't fucking matter because you aren't a starving nigger in africa or something like that.

I again assert, what grounds do you make these claims on?
Do you have experience? Education?

I will submit that there was a time when the field of psychiatry (note psychiatry != psychology) was being first explored until quite recently that they were diagnosis happy, but this does not void the validity of all cases, I would even go so far to say they are still over diagnosing, but this is simply like not limiting domain enough in the endicies: just because a relation is not true for all x does not mean the relation is not true for a limited domain on x.

Behavior meds are fail.  They are distilled from raw fail.  They produce fail behavior.  They lead to more failmeds.  Suck fail.  Suck fail until your cheeks split and your eyes pop back into your skull.

America is now full of failsome failers who drug themselves failiffically to escape their own faily fails.  They will wake up one day, overrun by Mexishits streaming in through their faildoors, and when the throat-cutting begins while out of the corner of their eye browndicks and darkkoks take their limp failwives, they will finally wonder:

"Maybe I shouldn't have spent so much of my life drugged up by some faildoc."
