I've definitely got (well beyond) the required programming skill. I just need:

* a good idea for a site (some kind of community thing where people can have discussions)
* a webserver
* people to use it

You should make some kind of message board, but instead of just text you can also attach images to help push the convostations.

Also the users should have the option to be anonymous.

u can use ruby also because its much more powerful and i think u can find lot of templates too though i dont know if someone alreday make one who look like FB
