I want to make a website

I've definitely got (well beyond) the required programming skill. I just need:

* a good idea for a site (some kind of community thing where people can have discussions)
* a webserver
* people to use it

* Your idea will be a rehash of some other idea another person had more than 10 years ago.
* Your mother isn't going to sponsor you, so better give up on anything that costs money.
