I want to make a website

I've definitely got (well beyond) the required programming skill. I just need:

* a good idea for a site (some kind of community thing where people can have discussions)
* a webserver
* people to use it

at least >>1-tool didn't spell website like websight like so many other hopeless fools have here in /prog
