Is js considered programing by /prog/?
I ask because I heard you don't consider HTML nor PHP, so I wondered.

Also, do you guys hover over every spoilered /prog/ or do you always just assume it's there?

Enough already

The ONLY thing that is programming is TURING COMPLETION which is when you write ONLY turing complete programs..

How many /prog/rammers does it take to answer 2 simple questions?

Let's find out.

It's the system, not any program, which can be Turing complete.
JS is Turing complete.
You are a homo.

These are irrefutable facts.

If you really think that aspect of your post was what people were taking issue with, you're even more of an idiot than I thought.
Polecat kebabs.

I actually find the core Javascript language delightful. Obviously, the language is not suitable for the web and has kind of been shoehorned in to that position. Additionally, the confusion between the DOM API and ECMAScript has cultivated the popular opinion that Javascript, CSS and HTML are built to work together.

By 'core' I take it you mean without the standard library.
I can't help being reminded of this: http://lambda-the-ultimate.org/node/4009#comment-60781
