Is js considered programing by /prog/?
I ask because I heard you don't consider HTML nor PHP, so I wondered.

Also, do you guys hover over every spoilered /prog/ or do you always just assume it's there?

The ONLY thing that is programming is TURING COMPLETION which is when you write ONLY turing complete programs..
