Try and set up automatic email forwarding to an outside email address. This is email so you clicky the Exchange stuff. You find the user. You find the properties page. You see a text field asking you for an email address to forward stuff to. It's greyed out; inactive. HOW THE FUCK DO YOU MAKE IT ACTIVE?
You don't. You add a fake contact in Active Directory, and set the real contact to forward to the fake contact.
INTUITIVE GUI IN ACTION.

In linux the idea of problem:3-page solution is always dirtier, more complex and prone to failure then equivalent windows problem:next/[x]/[ok]/reboot. This reminds me greatly of MMORPG design:
someone creating a new character would want to do a Quest A, find it exciting and challenging.
Next character created, the same quest would look much less exciting, though bit easier. The third time the quest becomes a time-wasting chore, which is akin to grinding. The fourth time the player would want to skip or rush the quest as fast as possible. But in Linux Online the game isn't that forgiving: every mistake and you have to start the quest again.
No, you're wrong. Stupid people use Microsoft for servers. Stupid people especially use MS Small Business Server, because unscrupulous vendors sell it to them. "It looks like Windows, it's really easy". Regular people can barely attach a printer. How the hell are they supposed to install MS SBS, with all that goes with it?
