Alright, /prog/ it\\\'s time. (another honest one)
My age is 7.59449e+08 seconds and I am a straight, polygamous male EXPERT/PROG/RAMMER living in California. I use debian linux, mac os x, and openbsd for various purposes. Lover of Lisp, I first used HyperCard and Logo in Elementary School.
The Sussman is awesome and I am happy he is always here with us. The Ginger needs to admit he\\\'s not even got as much substance as arc. Leah Culver can take Guido\\\'s cock into all her streams iteritively using just list comprehensions and FIOC. RMS is a strange interesting robot - he was probably the pitcher with ESR. Dennis Ritchie probably was the catcher with Kernighan - I mean anyone willing to prove Pascal sucks for systems engineering by trying to port \\\'Software Tools\\\' to it, ultimately suffering more than 96000 lines of torture, is pretty fucking hardcore. Bjarne Strostrup is the biggest troll in the world - he had me fooled for a few years.
Sepples is a broken hack of an object system on top of Portable Assembler that had really good marketing and a few decent features garishly bolted on. Portable assembler\\\'s main purpose is to bootstrap higher level languages. Scheme was a fun LISP-1 but I usually prefer Common Lisp (I mean R6RS is nearly a Common Lisp implementation); however, I do not think Common Lisp is the final Common Lisp and I hope some of these newer projects like Clojure and Scala will help lead to a second Common Lisp standard written for our time in the way we are solving problems.
I really got into programming about 3.47893e+08 seconds ago in a middle school English class programming access control systems, fake virii, homebrew games, and endless loops of Mary Had a Little Lamb using batch files and QBASIC on the DOS computer without even Windows 3.1! I sample the greats from many genres and am currently listening to Jurassic 5 - Untitled Track Side C (Prehistorik Rarities).
Writing this post is surely my greatest accomplishment. I think the quality of posts is currently in the shitter due to flooding and forcing of stupid memes; however, there are gems of metatrolling as well as some actual (and most importantly GOOD) discussion hidden in this fertile manure - you just have to keep your eyes open and be thankful for each tiny pebble of awesome. We may need to read our SICP three times a day for a while...
