So race A is twice as likely to commit a crime as race B but since 0.1% of race B commit that crime this means 99.8% of race B are fine. It doesn't matter.

So if the population is 300 million there are 2970297 people from race B, of these 2970 are criminals and commit 99% of crimes, so presumably there are 30 criminals from race A out of a race A's total population of 297 million.

Those statistics seem quite skewed, though in that situation with such a wide discrepancy we would be looking for more than the usual major socio-economic factors. I can quite see your point.

Yes. In practice there are much more than 2970 criminals among the Jews, because I can already name a hundred of Russian billionaire/millenarian oligarchs, all of whom are Jewish criminals. Boris Beresovsky being the most notorious. And there are many more less major crimes, like the Jewish advocate defending openly criminal persons. For example all Russian Ponzi schemes were organized by the Jews (MMM, Khoper Invest, etc...). And then Jew organizers of MMM managed to steal money even from U.S. citizens...
