So race A is twice as likely to commit a crime as race B but since 0.1% of race B commit that crime this means 99.8% of race B are fine. It doesn't matter.

There is a 50% chance plague came from rats, but there is a 99.7% chance a random rat doesnt carry plague. Should we spare rats and die from plague?
