Why racism is wrong.

So race A is twice as likely to commit a crime as race B but since 0.1% of race B commit that crime this means 99.8% of race B are fine. It doesn't matter.

So if the population is 300 million there are 2970297 people from race B, of these 2970 are criminals and commit 99% of crimes, so presumably there are 30 criminals from race A out of a race A's total population of 297 million.

Those statistics seem quite skewed, though in that situation with such a wide discrepancy we would be looking for more than the usual major socio-economic factors. I can quite see your point.

Rats are not sapient, they're not even endangered, and with such a small proportion of rats infected it might not be an effective use of resources. It would be preferable to find how rats came into contact with humans and eliminate that vector.
