Usually a voman is built to vithstand a good amount of bloodloss, so unless you overfeed yourself, she vill usually be fine. Hovever, be avare that this is not alvays the case. Vomen vho does not eat enough vill have very little blood, and may require every drop of it, or they vill feel discomfort, may faint from exhaustion, or even die in extreme cases, vhich is something ve should vish to avoid.
It is hard to say exactly vhen you vill gain the strength of ten men. It is not an instantaneous thing. I suggest feeding on vomen every night and draving pover from the night itself, and maybe one day you vill be strong enough to possess the pover of ten men, just like Dracula, as vell as other vampiric povers.
