I think this all boils down to utilitarian ethics. Simple, hating black people (or any other group that receives racism) is good for the 'economy'. Look at it this way: If an employer can have cheap labor he will fire his experienced employees and hire cheap 'nigers'. He will overwork them and then replace them with the next person. As long as people consider other people to be of less value, this mechanism will function.
Of course it's not the 'nigers'' fault, but as long as you believe it is, some people will remain stupidly rich.
