Their policies?  Most organizations have at least a few policies that make sense.  Satanists encourage sexual freedom.  Gotta love that one.  The BNP promotes cultural preservation, and that's an important issue and a valid concern, but ultimately they're just another polished up bunch of white supremacists, trading in fear and hatred.  As an American(USA), I have to say that I find their popularity disappointing.  I guess I've overestimated the British people.  I can pity and laugh at the kind of people who spout that kind of shit in my own country, but you guys have traditionally been ahead of us in matters of social equality.  I guess there are scared, ignorant people everywhere who are easily taken advantage of.

The BNP wants to limit non-british/non-european demographic influence on the BRITISH isles and want to remove the undemocratic reform of "multiculturalism". The same way the japanese would want to limit non-japanese demographic/cultural influence on japan. There is nothing at all wrong with not wanting a bunch of non british people in the country historically and traditionally populated by brits.
There is no record of a successful multicultural/multiethnic country. Yugoslavia, Russia, South Africa and South aswell as north ameria are all shitholes compared to the monocultural European nations.

I agree with most of your points. However, what fuels BNP's popularity is the increasing and alarming uptake in non-White immigration to Britain. The current government does not heed to the majority's concerns, and only listens and abides to the minority. The people then have nowhere to turn to until they discover BNP, and feel that BNP is the solution to their problems.

They remember a time when Britain was much less immigrated and integrated in their parents and grandparents times, and they generally feel that society was in better shape back then. So that also probably explains the popularity as well.

This is what the xenophobes do.  They engage in gross sophistry, alarmist rhetoric, and whine about how they are being victimized.  The best way to build a larger, more powerful industrialized(no matter what industry) nation is by increasing your population.  You are a nationalist, aren't you?  These kind of people(BNP supporters) are just afraid of progress.  Well listen up boys; The only thing in the universe exempt from change is a closed mind, and even that eventually disappears. 
I know that there are things that I, and most of my people have learned that are more important than all of us.  That's one of them.  And I know that the most important thing I can do is to teach these things to people. Rome was very multicultural before its collapse. Tell me, would you call Japan racist because of their desire to have a one race society? The Emperor and I believe also the Prime Minister have said on more than one occasion that Japan is a one race society. Yet this is not considered "bigotry". Why is that?
