While nations like the DRC and Somalia will take well over 50 years to stabilise nations such as Nigeria and Kenya are already on course to joining the modern world and South Africa is already there, if my plans were implemented I am sure the developed nations of Africa would quickly spread throughout the continent and take care of the situation.

It was only 30 years after the introduction of the arquebus that Europe's ad-hoc fiefdoms were united into nation states and began conquering and enslaving the rest of the world (a good thing).

This sounds more like a defense strategy than an exploitation strategy. If there's a new dictator every month you cannot secure the long term capital investments needed to exploit Africans fully. And we need to exploit Africans nice and hard in the current economic climate what with the new Chinese industrial juggernaut competing for earth's resources and their cheap labor reserves drying up along with the credit crunch to boot.
