That is not a problem in itself. It is when the people from those places refuse to become productive members of society that the problem starts. I have no problem with Africans who are intelligent or want to just make a better living for themselves and be productive members of society. I have a problem with those who rather leech off of the system and try to make everyone feel bad for them and need to conform to their ways.
