Liberals: +1; Conservatives: -1

I've decided to go from being a conservative to being a liberal from now on.

Name: Anonymous 2008-04-08 23:05

Have you considered being a libertarian?  It's a fuck ton better than either of those two choices.

Both things the liberals and conservatives use to criticise each other are correct.

Conservatives are all morally superstitious, ostracize anyone who doesn't believe the same as them but enjoy sucking shaved 18 thai ladyboy dominatrices cocks behind their wive's back on the side.

Liberals all have ridiculously naive retarded ideals and hypocritically try to force them on everyone else whilst whining about christfags who do the same.

OMG examples plz?

Going from conservative to liberal? That's unusual. I went the other way.

During the 80s coal miners in the UK expected the taxpayer to support an industry that was no longer profitable so they could keep their jobs and have higher wages. Socialists convinced people that the cause of their low wages were evil capitalists refusing to pay them enough, economy reality came tumbling down on them like aton of bricks however when the strikes did not cripple the UK economy since there were other more abundant and cheaper sources of coal which could be imported easily.

That's losing the game, sorry

Example:

Liberals frequently tout themselves as being open-minded and respectful of all cultures and religions.  Or at least they say that's what everyone should strive for.

That is...until it comes to Christianity.  Liberals love to bash Christians and pick apart their religion.  It's okay to harass them for their beliefs, but oh fuck watch out if there isn't a fucking foot bath in all public buildings for the Muslims.  It's insensitive and disrespectful to their culture, CALL THE ACLU!

I'm no religionfag myself, but liberal bias against Christianity is plain as day.  So much for being open-minded and respectful of all beliefs....

Name: Anonymous 2008-04-09 17:59

I love trolling libs.

They get all worked up and have to be consoled by their "Life Partners" LOL

After India's independance, state socialist economic policies stagnated the economy for a period of 25 years, despite plenty of space for industrialisation the wage of the average worker increased by only 1% a year. During the Indian emergency a coalition of moderates, liberals and socialists were formed to unite against the current corrupt authoritarian INC regime and they won the 1977 election. It was not long before the socialists were calling for revolution and making threats unless the state employed their marxist visions. Their incompetence, saber rattling and ridiculous economic policies resulted in them losing the election against the authoritarian regime they were supposed to replace in 1980, and their bizarre idealism caused instability and violence to echo throughout the 80s. In 1982 prime minister Rajiv Gandhi split from the INC's statist policies and began reforming India's socialist economic policies, further economic liberalisation during the 90s opened the country up to the world and triggered rapid economic development. Again the liberals BAAWWWed over things like unemployment and in 1996 an unstable offshoot of the Janata Party was elected, the BJP, but after yet another 3 years of madness the INC were re-elected again.

>India
>Marxist

I would say that this makes as much sense as Bush being communist, but I've learned that there are retards that actually believe that here, so...

Another Example:

Liberals frequently complain that the rich earn too much money and that they should be taxed harder in order to help the poor.  Liberal politicians, who are often VERY well to do, especially love to harp on this.  However, you will find that many of these politicians use various loopholes to avoid the very taxes they wish to impose on everyone else.

Liberals love to help the less fortunate, but not with their own money.

ITT: A butthurt retard with no comprehension of history, who thinks India was communist cries about his misconceptions.

Another Example:

Scientific data and Global Warming...

Don't believe global warming is a horrible impending disaster that'll destroy humanity?  Libfags will say, "what are you crazy?  ALL the scientific data says it's going to be terrible unless we do something about it right this second!"  Most likely they're referencing the IPCC report, which they have probably not read or even glanced at.

Now, if you tell them at there are a lot of scientists who disagree and present to them the scientific data that is contrary to what they believe they will flip out and say, "zomg it's just politically motivated bullshit funded by neoconz."

So apparently, in the libfag mind, you can only trust the first data you come across, which was most likely heard on the evening news.  You don't even really need to read it yourself, because 3 minute news clips are excellent at conveying complex ideas and information.

Now, have a look at Al Gore, the crusader and champion of the earth.  He desperately wants to ensure that the earth doesn't get any warmer.  And wants everyone to cut CO2 output and conserve resources, go green and all that jazz.  Well it sure is nice to see he's leading by example, flying all over the place in a private jet and owning a huge home that sucks up tons of electricity.  And let's not forget Live Earth concerts... I mean concerts don't create a fuck ton of trash or use ridiculous amounts of electricity or anything like that...

It's funny because retarded sycophants like you cried in the same manner about the hole in the ozone layer being a farce. They should have at least bothered to find some new, original stuff. Of course, I'm saying them and not you because you're a retarded parrot incapable of original thought.

Name: Anonymous 2008-04-10 15:42

>>22
The U.N. Council on climate change has just issued a report saying the Earth is actually cooling.

Name: Anonymous 2008-04-10 15:55

>>22
This is also a fine example of liberal contradiction.  As soon as a reasonable argument is presented a liberal will jump directly into personal insults.  They completely side-step any of the original questions/facts/accusations and say "shut up, you're too stupid to know better."

So much for being polite, progressive, open-minded and civil.

Name: Anonymous 2008-04-10 17:06

>>24
Who said I was a liberal, and polite and civil? I only said you were wrong, and this stemmed from your stupidity and ignorance.

And, the last time I checked, not listening to retards drowning in their own drool was close minded, but hey, that's just me. Enjoy your ass-backwards nature.

Butthurt, because you still can't seem to even acknowledge that there is plenty of data suggesting that the IPCC's theory is wrong.  But who cares, you can't stay on one topic anyway.

Name: Anonymous 2008-04-10 18:36

>>26
And there is loads more suggesting it is correct, and most of the world's renowned scientists on the issue are behind it, but then again that is probably an evil jewish complot or something for you...

Aww, is the retard hurt because no one is taking his raving bullshit seriously, just because he's retarded and illiterate?

Ignore them, I'll listen to all your delusions, no matter how stupid and obviously wrong they are, go on...

Please to do tell us all about these renowned scientists.
Inform us all as to what makes them so renowned and please site the instances in which they agreed with the "consensus".
And you damn well better have a list of over ten.
