The advantage to the South seceding back in the 1960s was that they had a reliable source of income in cotton. That's no longer the case today. In fact, they receive more funds from the federal government (roads, dams, schools) than they pay in taxes.

And school choice has nothing to do with what is taught in the class room. It's about being able to choose what school your child goes to, rather than being forced to go to one or another based on what district you live in. So say the school in your area is filled with unproductive niggers who make learning impossible. With the current laws you have to options: send your kid to nigger school, or move to a better school district. With school choice you can send your kid to a school where apes aren't always shooting at each other.
