when corporations run schools (as you advocate) the profits go to shareholders, not the classroom. that's how business works. and when they don't turn enough profit they cut costs - which fucks the kids. gov't not involved, so who's to stop them? not the market when they ALL do it. fuck the kids, sure!
let me repeat, corporations exist only to make money for their owners. nobody, nothing else matters. there is no place for morality in american business.
