The only original Europeans I don't think are white are the Lapps, because they were from a group that migrated there long before the Celts of Indo-Europeans, and we still don't know where they're from.

"Indo-European" is the name of a language family that includes English, Icelandic, the Celtic languages... basically almost all languages found in Europe (the exceptions being Basque, Turkish and Finno-Ugric languages like Finnish, Sami (aka Lapp), Hungarian and a few more) and quite a few on and around the Indian subcontinent. Hence the name "Indo-European".
"Aryan" actually means "Iranian". Apparently some stupid German (or Austrian or whatever) in the early 20th century didn't do his homework, cos he started using "Aryan" about some Germanic tribes instead. Btw, Aryan (or rather, Indo-Aryan) and Germanic are also two groups of Indo-European languages. (English and Icelandic are Germanic languages.)
"Indo-European" used about people usually means people speaking an Indo-European language, esp earlier versions (like 1000+ BC).
