are these peoples considered white:

-italians
-poles
-croats (and other assorted slavs)
-romanians
-icelandic people?

Note that Celts are not Indo-European, but are still considered white.
White = Slavs, Nordics, Celts, and Mediterraneans.

The only original Europeans I don't think are white are the Lapps, because they were from a group that migrated there long before the Celts of Indo-Europeans, and we still don't know where they're from.
