main thread: http://dis.4chan.org/read/lounge/1169462108

objective: to beat FF9 as fast as possible (with 4-5 FAQs from Gamefaqs)
real objective: to get rid of tiresome unfinished business (FF9) and begin a new life

It is now: 9:47 AM here. I WILL BEGIN NOW.

You'll never get good at speedruns until you've practiced the same game (with a flawless strategy) many times over. And by many I mean hundreds.

I'm still attempting to finish Morrowind in less than an hour but I'm pretty inefficient. :( Some pro can do it in like 14 minutes.

And one last thing- if your so-called "speed run" is more than a few hours no one will watch it. I mean, you are gonna be recording it, right?

Oh, wait, it's you, the histrionic attention whore. Fuck off and die a painfully slow death.

it's a wonderful life

Good luck with your runthrough, man. I couldn't bring myself to try and do a speedrun or quick runthrough of any of the final fantasy titles I've actually been around or played a bit. I love watching people play rpg's, but I never seem to play them for very long before losing interest. The furthest I've gotten in one is the castle in Magic Knights of Rayearth on an SNES emulator. I should probably play it again sometime. But I'll make sure to get a guide that says how to get past the part where you have to step on the right tile or go back to the beginning.

I'm hoping my boyfriend will play a bit of FF9 when I see him this weekend.

Feel free to say where you are in the game from time to time. Also, if you want to reach me, my aim is lexmarkblackink. I was giving you an email address in the deer diary thread somewhere, and you were going to add me. It sounded like you were going to add the email one instead of emailing me for the one I usually use. So here you go in a little side thread. AIM is the only instant messenger I have on all of the computers I access the internet from. I don't think any of them have YIM right now.

Sorry this post is so long. And I still think you should post your breakfast pic on /ck/. There are much simpler things they would post. Besides, it's food with a little bit of /b/ mentality, so you'll never know what that protein shake for breakfast is really coming from, unless they post work friendly pictures. I'm going to stop typing now, I hope.

>>7 is >>1 with a proxy, hoping to make it sound as if someone actually cares about you. Your writing style, although terrible, is distinct enough for me to notice. You're not fooling anyone. Also, stop posting in your own thread writing concerned comments to yourself. If I ever saw a histrionic piece of shit like you in real life I'd cut ya real good.

Hahahahaha! I'm not a male, dude. The OP is, though. If you'd cut me in real life it would probably be somewhere around the grounds of attempted rape.

So you automatically assume I'm male? Hmmm...

Name: Anonymous 2007-03-15 1:46 ID:kEpaNavm

I don't know of any girls that say "dude" either.

I've said in the Deer Diary thread that I'm female numerous times. Plus, I was talking about my boyfriend in the post you originally went after.

I figured you were a male because I usually don't find women being aggressive and elitist towards other people. It doesn't mean that it doesn't happen, but it is a lot rarer.

I doubt someone who writes homosexual implications and sexist undertones and overgeneralizations would have a boyfriend. Judging by your naïveté, you sound as if you're preteen as well, so I doubt your relationship is meaningful. But fine, have fun in your little fantasy land with your significant e-other. Loser.

Oh, and I find it curious how you and the histrionic OP are coincidentally online at the exact same times, but never by yourselves. It just so happened that you were here at a very oppurtune time to defend Mr. Deer Dairy boy.

Regardless of your gender, sexual orientation, marital status, or legitmacy, you need to go away. Sites such as Bebo or MySpace are better tailored to your needs. Just please stop plaguing 4chan with your idiocy.

done with ff9

only two things left before i start my new life

- start & finish zone of the enders 2
- reading bleach vol 1-5

after i'm done i will begin my new life. lol. yes, i know these are just excuses (because..what keeps me from beginning my new life now??), but THIS IS THE LAST TIME. i'm serious. this is the last time i begin a movie/a game/a comic/a series/a book without some sort of plan. after i finish these two things, i will always begin it with the mindset that games/books/movies are just entertainment, not more. i cant let them control my life. this means: short, daily servings of games/reading/movies instead of watching/reading/playing them in one run.

if you want to now more, similar posting in:
http://dis.4chan.org/read/lounge/1169462108/l50

btw: i dont intend to make subthreads for other petty shit i do.

a misunderstanding. what i meant by "speedrun" is not (competitively) trying to beat this game afap. i just wanted to get it behind me afap. i know the speedrun record is 9-10 hours for this game (looked it up). i didn't fully enjoy playing this game, because it's not what i ACTUALLY want to do. yes i know, i'm a madman.

>>7
hey!! :)

>Feel free to say where you are in the game from time to time

i just wanted to finish this game afap, so i thought that posting about the game and comparing our experiences (your bf's and mine lol) would make it even longer. so.. yeah.

>new aim
isn't that a different address than the one you gave me last time? just asking, because i still have the first one you gave me last time. ^^'
i still intend to add you..after i'm done with this s..stuff. :P

>breakfast pic on /ck/

I actually did, 1.5 weeks ago. sparked an interesting laid-back discussion about fats, calories, being skinny and more lol. I still intend to make cooking a hobby of mine, so i'm sure i'll consult /ck/ more regularly, shortly.

i've thought about why i didn't make a livejournal/myspace and posted my shit there. those sites are way less hostile and constructive, so why i'm posting here? do i crave negative attention? i still don't know, honestly.

Don't change these.
