Looking for Japanese Translator

I have a request for anyone that's willing to take it:
I would like to send a simple message to a Japanese person online regarding a video game called GetAmped 2.

The message regards if this Japanese user is willing to distribute skins to foreign players.
I've already messaged this user once regarding this request and said user did not understand my message clearly since I used machine translation.

Japanese will more often use an apology to begin such a request, saying something like 「また迷惑をかけてすいませんが」　or 「申し訳ないが」. While it's entirely possible and casual to use 「再びこんにちは」 or 「またこんにちは」 (both literally meaning "hello again"), sticking with the Japanese approach will win more bees.
