I like my beef cut thinly. Marinaded for a few days and put in the oven at 275 for an hour. After that I remove it and enjoy the jerky goodness...
I also like my steaks well done and dry. Overall I like my beef dry.
I also enjoy chicken as it is cheaper than beef where I live. I sometimes will fry myself some chicken but I'm not very good at that.
The only meat I can't really enjoy are fish. Its mainly because I haven't eaten them enough so I'm not used to the fishy taste. If anyone can give me tips on cooking fish without having a fishy taste I'd be happy to cook myself some fish though.

Get some flounder fillets, frozen chopped up spinach, and american cheese slices. Season fish with pepper, maybe paprika. Now put these on a baking sheet like so:
Fish <-top
cheese
spinach
cheese(this ones optional, but most of the cheese melts away, and i like it cheesy)
Fish <-bottom
The ice from the frozen spinach takes care of everything. Just bake until done really. Middle of the oven, 275-300 degrees. Stuff like that. Serve with wild rice. I love it.
