Not Bones? Ehh...

Yuasa and Imaishi? Oh boy I want to watch it so badly.
But where is Koike?

>Perhaps this show still has hope.
Maybe koike solo for the last episode?

Name: Anonymous 2012-06-20 21:52

How was the Nishigori m@ster ep26?
No subs yet?

Name: Anonymous 2012-06-20 21:58

im@s 26 was fun. Lot's of nice animation in the form of gag movie trailers. Apparently the mobster one was a Megumi Kouno solo? Or at least that's what I saw off twitter. I really liked the Azusa movie gag one. The character animation there was excellent, especially the blotchy motion blur. Looked really nice

Kinema Citrus is an interesting up and coming studio. All of their shorts or OVAs have some form of interesting animation/direction going for them. They seem to be an affiliate of Bones given the projects they've shared with the latter. I don't really know much about them though

Ah found it.

1:27, 1:41 it's definitely her.
But is that Kill Bill scene not kouno?

Hmm.. I want to see the KA credits list.

new Lupin. obvious Imaishi scene: http://cammadanar.tumblr.com/post/25548863672

not 100% sure what Yuasa's bit was however.

Speaking of KINEMA CITRUS. Just seen it, Marimo no Hana was pretty cool. Tanaka Hironori, Hisashi Mori and Itou Nobutake on it.

Name: Anonymous 2012-06-21 5:50

I thought Yuasa bit was at the end. The part where Fujiko is wrestling with her clone and Zenigata pulls her of and struggles with her after that. Looked like typical Yuasa to me.

Kinema Citrus is consisted of ex-Bones members, isn't it?

I've always wondered how such a niche game (not unpopular but definitely not as popular as Persona 3/4) gets such good animation for its OPs.

It's sort of a spin off. One of the BONES producers left and joined up with some guys from Production IG and BeeTrain(?). Their initial first projects were joint works with BONES. Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 which was really enjoyable, but the Eureka 7 movie was not that good.

Kazuto Nakazawa on Apollon episode 11. I wonder if he can top Bahi JD and Nobutaka Ito's performance on episode 7.

Name: Anonymous 2012-06-21 21:30

>>417
C'mon.
Bahi's works are not that good.
They look out of place as hell.

Yoshihara's SKET Dance 63, That was funny.
And now looking forward to Arve Rezzle.

Somewhat agree, Bahi is cool but this is Kazuto Nakazawa man.
Young animator in training vs top tier established animator.
There's no question here.

Imaishi Lupin so cool.
And some Zetman staff helped in this episode.
Hang in there Koike, there's one more episode left!

I thought how many super animators worked for TMS in this season.

Name: Anonymous 2012-06-22 22:30

has Koike even been involved in Lupin asides from the character designs?

Name: Anonymous 2012-06-22 23:51

>>423
Didn't he direct the animation in episode 1?

Name: Anonymous 2012-06-23 0:04

>>423
He is the chief animation director for all episodes.

Name: Anonymous 2012-06-23 0:53

Tanaka on Tsuritama #11
and also there's 13 animation directors...

Name: Anonymous 2012-06-23 3:54

>>423
He was sakkan for the first episode and hopefully will be doing the same for the finale.

>>425
That's what he's been credited as, but considering how the show's looked so far, I doubt he's had all that much involvement.

Name: Anonymous 2012-06-23 12:09

latest Accel World 11 the best sakuga episode so far.
Dat fucking Nozomu Abe.

Name: Anonymous 2012-06-23 22:41

>>428
Nozomu Abe was amazing in #11, he did really nice key animation but it was short scene

Name: Anonymous 2012-06-23 23:46

I honestly couldn't tell what the fuck was happening in Abe's cut, damn show has annoying ghosting effects between frames

Name: Anonymous 2012-06-24 2:06

Shida on the latest One Piece 553 and Toriko 62.
A must watch.

By the way next week's Toriko is a Tate as an AD.

What is Bahi JD working on now after Apollon?

Name: Anonymous 2012-06-24 9:51

>>434 he is doing an illustration for the magazine "TOUCH" were many animators have participated such as Kenichi Yoshida.
http://www.shinyusha.co.jp/touch/

He wrote that he will work for a different studio next time.
And I remember that he also mentioned something about a new music video, let's just wait and see what happens.

I'm disappointed in Fate/Zero, especially the second half.
All i can say is it was the director's fault.
