I'm surprised by how much detail he goes into in the posts. I assumed the manga made up some filler, but it seems to be mostly spot on except for maybe the very end (I didn't read all of it, but skimmed to some parts I wanted to know about).
2ch /vip/ seems like an interesting place. The stupidity is reminiscent of /b/, but it was still enjoyable to read.

I wish we could translate these threads into English...

Dear /vip/, how do I get a cute girlfriend?

If we've learned anything from Molester Man, you need 3 things:
1) A perfect blend of shyness and confidence that present themselves at just the right moments to attract the attention of said cute girlfriend.
2) A series of coincidental events to happen in your life starting with a gross misunderstanding that causes someone to feel the need to repay you (so you can meet their cute friends), with the willingness to carry through with these events and not just shy away from them.
3) Luck.
I heard that guy was a vipper so I came here since I don't know moonspeak. Would definitely like to know what 2ch's VIP is about though.

A bit like /b/, but a lot more social than it. However, it's not as faggy as /r9k/ nor as /soc/.

This chapter was beautiful.

It's basically old /b/, but with SJIS art instead of pictures. Full of stories and cool people and originality, you won't find that here. After /b/ died there is no place like that anymore.

Well, some VIPPERs are trying to enhance the quality of this board with advice. They want a new /vip/ and help people becoming the next Train Man or Molester Man.

That's just as fucking bad.
Instead of making the board's purpose to emulate a story, just make it a hangout place like news4vip.

I understand your point, but at least let's try to not make it a /b/3.0 (a lot of imageboards right now are 2.0, it could be nice to have a cool place to hang out and help when needed).
/a/ doesn't like it, but I like helping people through posts, and for once I want to see someone happy without being called a faggot for spoonfeeding or getting the thread saged because "blogging shit".

I agree with >>469. We sometimes need serious advice, and /a/'s not the best place, since it's anime and manga. Here's a bit more general.
Please no ">TFW no qt 3.14 GF". Well written and rational blog posts can be refreshing, but it's hard to expect that from 4chan.
/r9k/ and /soc/ are great examples of this; terrible boards for cancer with mental illnesses so annoying and worldviews so delusional it's hard to pity them.
If vippers avoid wallowing in self pity and stroking each others cocks while complaining about how they are "oppressed" by women I think this board will remain cancer free.

Oh no, my intention is not to allow the ">tfw" threads, but to encourage proactivity when it comes to advices, not a "I saw a black man the other day, haha what niggers they are" thread.

I'm almost afraid to ask, but what is Molester Man? Is he some DQN superhero?
Where did all these people come from?!
Alright, I bit.
Molester Man reads like some retarded greentext story from /r9k/ so far.
I don't understand why everyone's getting so excited about it...

I would advise you to not waste your time. It's a ridiculous manga so far about some floorshitting NEET-type who chases a woman down and gets caught up in a stalking misunderstanding. Haven't finished it yet, but it's only 22 chapters. We'll see if it gets any better.

It got better.
Sorry for being a heel; it's actually starting to get pretty interesting.
I hope no one dies in the end.

No one dies. It's the story of a man getting mistaken for a molester, and finding his love from there.
It's a great story, drawn by YOKO, the one who made Onani Master Kurosawa.
